The hotel was bigger and cleaner than I thought,
and the room was really nice!!
The location was also really good ㅎㅎ
(The city center is really close, you can walk there!)
I didn't expect breakfast,
but the menu changed every day and it was really good ㅎㅎ
Even though it was a family room without a view,
the view was satisfying!!
Everything was just better than I expected!
(I might have had low expectations because of the price,,
but it's still the best!!!)
It's a cheap and good hotelㅎ I have to stay there again next time I come to Sapa~~~

是很舒服很寬敞的酒店，我們抵達當天天氣非常冷，但一進飯店就是最舒適的溫度，房間面對山谷梯田風景非常棒，距離離市區也很近，只是路線是上坡比較累，服務很棒行李寄放、很早抵達引導我們到VIP室休息的流程都非常順暢，硬要說有什麼不太喜歡的應該就是贈送的泡腳體驗水很溫，不加購按摩的話根本沒人關心，不過瑕不掩瑜，比起大床房更推薦雙床房空間更加明亮！

사파 시내와 가까워서 숙소 위치 너무 좋았고 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다.
방 사이즈도 넓으며 무엇보다 테라스로 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed in Vietnam!
Friendly staff, great view, fluffy bedding and clean room.
I especially enjoyed the fact that you can walk from the 15th floor to the city center. I also recommend the cafe on the 15th floor!

This location of the hotel is good and value for money. Facilities are reasonable and staff are friendly. Breakfast has good variety too. Overall the hotel is above average.

However, please note that if you are booking a Grand Family Room, do not expect any view. In fact for many family rooms (example Room 804), there is no window in the children's room, and for the Living room and master room, you open the windows to see internal walls!!
I was shocked, as it was not clearly mentioned in booking website that it has zero view or view to see walls! So, do not think that this hotel oversee a valley, you will get good view in the most expensive room!
Of course, the hotel will tell some certain familys rooms has external view, but that is almost fully blocked by buildings too.
So, if you are booking for a Grand Family Room, expects no view! Otherwise you will be very very disappointed like me! Manage your expectation and you get what you pay for (the Grand Family Room).
